Hypnotherapy For Children

Child or Teen Session is $100 for 45 min session

Children live more in their imagination much more than adults do and can often times be much more open to change. Hypnotherapy involves using one’s mind to imagine situations and follow exercises while being in a hypnotic state of mind. Children often talk about enjoying this form of therapy as opposed to talk therapy because they find it much more fun and enjoyable. By learning how to use the power of their minds to change unwanted habits, thoughts and feelings or triggers associated with negative experiences children develop a new level of confidence and self-awareness.
